DAA Council

Serious enterprise value problems rarely belong to one discipline.

The DAA Council brings together a carefully curated multidisciplinary community of senior practitioners across the disciplines that shape enterprise value after go-live. It gives DAA the breadth to assemble the right combination of perspectives around the problem, from transformation and Digital Adoption to operations, process, governance, performance, platforms, people and analytics.

Why the Council matters

Enterprise value is created and lost across the way work is designed, governed, executed, measured and improved. A single functional lens can miss important dependencies or lead to an intervention that treats a visible symptom rather than the wider operating condition.

The Council is designed to give DAA substantial breadth across complementary practitioner disciplines, while maintaining a selective approach to the capability represented within it. That means a client problem can be considered from the perspectives it actually needs rather than from the limits of a single consulting speciality. The Council is a capability community, not a directory or an automatic entitlement to any individual practitioner.

One Council, multiple disciplines

Capability shaped around the problem.

Build. Run. Improve.

DAA's Council is designed to bring together transformation experience, operational ownership and continuous-improvement perspective. The emphasis changes with the problem: some situations need behavioural and adoption depth, others process ownership, governance, performance, platform accountability, organisational effectiveness or evidence and analytics.

The capability-first model preserves that breadth without turning the Council into a marketplace of individual consultants.

How DAA uses the Council

DAA assembles the capability required for the specific client question and engagement. Different problems require different combinations of expertise, and the presence of a capability in the Council does not mean every engagement requires it.

The team for each engagement is shaped around the problem, the expertise required and practitioner availability. The Council creates breadth of capability; it does not mean every discipline or practitioner is involved in every engagement.
