About DAA

Specialist services for the gap between transformation and sustained value.

DAA provides specialist Digital Adoption and Value services for organisations navigating the point where technology-enabled change has to become operating reality.

We work with executive and operational leaders, internal teams and transformation partners to resolve specific readiness, adoption, transition, evidence, performance and assurance problems through evidence-driven consulting.

What DAA is here to do

Technology implementation can create new capability, but implementation alone does not guarantee that the organisation will sustain the behaviours, ownership, performance, evidence and governance required to realise the intended outcome.

DAA works in that gap. We help organisations understand what is actually happening, distinguish evidence from assumption, make value and operating conditions visible, and choose proportionate actions that strengthen the ability to realise and sustain business outcomes.

Our commercial purpose is broader than any one technology or transformation method. Digital Adoption remains an important part of DAA’s capability and practical expertise, but it sits within a wider value perspective that includes operations, process, governance, performance, people, products, platforms and evidence.

DAA is designed to work with the ecosystem a client already has. Technology platforms, implementation partners and internal teams may provide much of what is needed. DAA can be brought in where a specific specialist problem still needs focused attention, challenge or decision support.

How we work

  • Client outcomes before consulting activity.

The purpose of an engagement is to improve the client’s ability to make decisions and achieve meaningful business outcomes, not simply to complete a consulting process.

  • Evidence before assumption.

DAA seeks to make clear what is established, what is interpreted, what remains uncertain and what additional evidence may be needed before a conclusion is justified.

  • Business before technology.

Technology is an enabler of organisational capability and value. We begin with the business question, operating context and outcome rather than assuming the technology is the problem or the answer.

  • Understand before recommending.

DAA uses discovery, stakeholder engagement and evidence validation to develop sufficient understanding before forming recommendations.

  • Multidisciplinary by design.

DAA draws on expertise across Digital Adoption, operations, process, governance, value, performance, people, platforms and analytics according to the problem being addressed.

  • Transparent decision support.

Clients should be able to understand the basis for DAA’s conclusions, where confidence is strong and where uncertainty remains.

What DAA is not

DAA is not a software vendor and does not ask clients to buy an internal DAA technology platform. Our internal operating and engineering capabilities support the consistency and discipline of delivery; they are not the customer proposition.

DAA is also not organised around forcing every client through the same consulting pathway. A focused Session, a bounded intervention, a Value Optimisation Review or a Value Assurance Office engagement may each be appropriate depending on the problem and the required consequence. Sometimes no further DAA engagement is the right outcome.

How to start

You do not need to know the name of the DAA service you need. Start with what is happening in the organisation, what is at risk or unclear, and the decision you need to make.
