Why this becomes a problem
Programme reporting can disappear before the receiving organisation has a practical way to see, interpret and act on value. Measures can exist without ownership. Dashboards can exist without clear decision rights. Governance forums can close without an enduring review rhythm. When evidence, ownership and decisions do not transfer together, value can become harder to see and harder to govern just as executive attention moves elsewhere.
01
When this offer is the right fit
The offer is designed for a defined programme, transformation, product or technology-enabled change approaching or recently completing operational handover, where intended outcomes can be identified, relevant evidence sources and measures can be inventoried, and the primary requirement is continuity of value evidence, ownership and governance.
It is not intended to solve a broader enterprise value-diagnosis question or to provide a continuing managed assurance capability.
02
What DAA does
DAA frames what value information, responsibilities and governance must survive programme closure. We inventory the measures and evidence sources, clarify definitions and limitations, map enduring ownership and decision rights, design the value operating rhythm and assess whether the receiving organisation is ready to run it.
The emphasis is on making value evidence operationally useful. Technology platforms can provide evidence, but the offer is not defined by a BI tool, dashboard or data platform.

Named practitioner assignment remains engagement-specific.

Related routes
Operational Readiness may be the better fit where value governance is only one component of a wider receiving-organisation readiness problem.
Value Optimisation Review may be the better fit where the organisation needs a broader enterprise diagnosis before a handover model can sensibly be defined.
Value Assurance Office may be appropriate only where continuing external value assurance and governance is separately required.
