Mark founded Digital Adoption Advisor after more than two hundred deployments taught the same lesson: technology can go live while the organisation is still unable to carry the outcome.
The work is independent of DAP vendors. DAA is not selling a platform, and Mark’s public writing is about the operating conditions after go-live — ownership, behaviour, evidence, governance — not about a product category.
